Our process is very simple:
1. GATHER YOUR COMPANY DATA
1095Complete will process your forms using three data sources – you company’s configuration details, payroll census and medical enrollment census.
Download and complete the 1095Complete CONFIGURATION Worksheet. It will provide information 1095Complete needs to configure the ACA reporting documents for your company.
Payroll and Medical Enrollment census templates are available if needed. The 1095Complete EMPLOYEE PAYROLL CENSUS Worksheet can be used to gather required employee employment information. We will need a complete list of all employees that worked for the company at any time during the calendar year. The 1095Complete MEDICAL ENROLLED CENSUS Worksheet can be used to gather required employee medical enrollment information.
2. UPLOAD YOUR INFORMATION
Once completed, upload your information using our secure file up-loader, or via SFTP, to our project server for review.
3. FORM PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
1095Complete will merge your payroll and medical census information, validate the data, generate all ACA codes, and create a form for each employee.
4. REVIEW & APPROVAL
Prior to fulfillment to employees and the IRS you will be able to download all completed forms and review.
5. FULFILLMENT
1095Complete will mail completed 1095-C forms to your employees and eFile to the IRS and any applicable states.
